Originally from Mexico, Eustaquio first came to Vail in 1974 to help broker real estate transactions involving Mexican Nationals and corporations. In 2011, Gateway Land and Development was pleased to welcome Eustaquio to their team, bringing his expertise in the Mexican international market with him to Gateway. Eustaquio lives permanently in Vail since 1982. Vail remains a popular second home for his children and 7 grandchildren.
